All prices are net and fixed - no day rates, no follow-up invoicing. We work with a settled network of freelance filmmakers rather than salaried teams, we have our own studio in Duesseldorf, and we shoot photo and video on the same day. That is why we sit well below the usual agency price for the same work.

What does a recruitment film cost?
With us from 1,490 EUR net for a job portrait, 2,990 EUR for the full employer branding film and 5,900 EUR for several locations. The market rate is 4,700 to 10,000 EUR, and larger productions often start at 9,000 EUR.
What does an employer branding video cost?
2,990 EUR net for a full shoot day with up to three interviews, the main film, three vertical cuts, staff portraits and subtitles.
Is one shoot day really enough?
For most companies, yes. Six to eight hours covers three interviews plus footage of the operation. You only need more shooting time once several locations are involved.
Our people are camera-shy. Does it still work?
That is the normal case, not the exception. We work with a small crew and no large setup, and we hold a conversation rather than an interview. The first few minutes never get used anyway.
Do we get photos as well?
Staff portraits are included from the Standard package. We photograph alongside the shoot, so it costs you no extra appointment and no surcharge.
May we use the film in job ads?
Yes, you receive unlimited usage rights for all digital channels including job boards. We obtain written consent from everyone filmed, on the day.
What happens if someone leaves the company?
The consent we obtain remains valid. Even so we recommend refreshing the film after two or three years - we offer a reduced reshoot price for that.
