What determines the price of a recruitment video
Shoot days and locations
One site in one day is the normal case. Several plants, branches or building sites mean additional shoot days.
Number of protagonists
Every person needs preparation, sound and lighting. Two to four employees is the sensible measure — more rarely makes the film better.
Number of output formats
A main film plus vertical cuts is standard. Separate edits per role or per audience are additional editing work.
Subtitles and language versions
German subtitles are included. Further languages — common for skilled trade roles — are extra.
Filming during operations
Production, shift work or customer contact need more planning and consideration than an office shoot, and therefore more time.

A good employer branding film works for every advert. Films per individual role only pay off in very large departments.
Everything in one day
Interviews, site footage and staff portraits in the same session. Every extra appointment costs a whole shoot day.

If it is settled who speaks and when they are free, we manage with half a shoot day less.

What does an employer branding video cost?

Is one shoot day really enough?
For most companies, yes. Six to eight hours is enough for three interviews plus footage of the operation. You only need more shooting time with several locations.
Is it worth it compared with a job advert?
Do the maths with your own numbers: what does an unfilled role cost you per month, and what do you currently pay for adverts and recruiters? 2,990 EUR across three years is roughly 83 EUR a month — and the film runs in every advert during that time.
Our employees are camera-shy. Does it still work?
That is the normal case. We work with a small crew and no large setup, and we hold a conversation rather than an interview. The first few minutes are never used anyway.
Do we get photos as well?
Staff portraits are included from the Standard package. We photograph alongside the shoot — no second appointment and no surcharge.
Which formats do we receive?
The main film in landscape plus vertical cuts for TikTok, Instagram Reels and LinkedIn, and a subtitled short version for job boards.
May we use the film on Indeed and StepStone?
Yes, you receive unlimited usage rights for all digital channels including job boards.
What about the legal side with the employees we film?
We obtain written consent on the day. That is a requirement, and it protects you rather than us.
What happens if someone leaves the company?
The consent stays valid. Even so we recommend refreshing the film after two or three years — we offer a reduced reshoot price for that.
How long does production take?
First cut 5 working days after the shoot day; usually complete after two to three weeks.
Can we cover several roles in one film?
Yes, and it is usually the smarter solution. A film about working with you speaks to every advert, rather than to a single one.
Do you come to us if we are not in North Rhine-Westphalia?
Yes. Within NRW travel is included; beyond that we quote travel and accommodation transparently up front.
